Mr. Salvador B. Brower Bsc Geology has been a Special Advisor & Consultant for Mining Affairs - Dominican Republic at Everton Resources Inc since April 20, 2018. Mr. Brouwer served as a Director of Auxico Resources Canada Inc. since February 2, 2018 until September, 2018. Mr. Brouwer serves as a Senior Exploration Consultant at Santo Mining Corporation. He served as Vice-President of Latin America at Auxico Resources Canada Inc. until February 10, 2017. From 1996 to 1999 when he retired, he was an Exploration Manager for Latin America. He served as General Manager of Exploration for Latin America Falconbridge Dominicana. Mr. Brouwer spent 30 years working for Falconbridge in Canada and the America's. He was also part of the team that resulted in the discovery of Cerro de Maimon, under exploitation by Perilya and several other discoveries such as Loma Pesada, Cerro Kiosco, Dona Amanda y Anomalia B. Mr. Brouwer is one of the most experienced exploration and mining geologist of the Dominican Republic (D.R.) with a successful record in discoveries in volcanogenic massive sulphides (VMS), precious metal epithermals and porphyries. After retiring, he founded Brouwer & Associates and became a consultant for several exploration companies and a director of several international corporations. He served as a Director of Nichromet Extraction Inc. and Auxico Resources Canada Inc. until February 10, 2017. He served as an Independent Director of Everton Resources Inc. since January 2013 until April 20, 2018. He served as a Director of Dundee Sustainable Technologies Inc. until April 2014. Mr. Brouwer is a founding member of the Dominican Geological Society and was the second President of the Dominican Mining Chamber. Mr. Brouwer holds a Bachelor degree in Science (Geology) from University of Waterloo, Ontario. |
